My globally dominant NASDAQ listed client provides turnkey technology solutions to some of the most recognizable businesses in the world. With a long history of innovation and market leading growth, they are envied by a lagging list of competitors who cant gain traction in a loyal market. My client has recently invested in a state of the art remote service centre, connecting customers with support staff and enabling remote monitoring of national networks for fault diagnosis and response management. In light of this, a position has been created within the Services arm for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to play an integral part in the Australian business units drive to lift service delivery, client satisfaction and meet customer specific SLAs.
