Our client is a multi billion dollar business, currently experiencing an exciting and challenging period of growth and business change. Due to the ramping up of multiple customer delivery projects, they currently have opportunities for experienced Business Analysts to join their Melbourne based team.

Reporting into a Project Manager you will be responsible for analyzing current business requirements and implementing improvements from an operational efficiency, cost and financial perspective. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess how the business can adapt to a new delivery model and work through the ramifications of putting these into practice.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting a detailed analysis of the business whilst working with stakeholders to develop a baseline view of the business processes;
• Develop end-to-end logistics process for the changing environment;
• Apply the solution to the site specific environment and build a multi year plan for transition.

Your role will also involve the developing of a business case looking at current costs, capital requirements, setting up as-is process and assessing the organization's operational readiness whilst managing the change required and the implications of this.

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified with a strong understanding of process improvement within a high volume, high pace environment. You will have excellent systems knowledge, an ability to form relationships quickly and exposure to automated distribution networks would be highly regarded. This is a highly complex logistics environment so an ability to analyse and then act at pace will be crucial.

Proven analytical skills and solid commercial acumen is essential, along with an ability to evaluate complex information and data sets to present back to the business. Great role for an immediately available candidate with the skill-set outlined above.
