Our client is a global company. They have an extensively experience operation in detailed cleaning and hygiene services that continually deliver thorough and excellent service. They are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Area Manager to manage a team of cleaners across the Melbourne Metro area.

To be successful you will have some experience in a similar capacity and have a strong attention to detail with the ability to get the best out of people. This challenging role will require you to manage cleaning staff on a daily basis with continued emphasis on OH&S compliance and customer satisfaction.

Your daily tasks will range from conducting regular site inspections and audits to being actively involved in assisting the setting up of new accounts. You will be someone who can think outside the square and be able to identify new business opportunities, liaise with the Account Managers on what other services can be provided by the organisation.

You will be able to prioritise, meet deadlines and assist your team in doing the same. You will have a strong customer focus and ability to solve problems seamlessly.Previous experience within the cleaning and maintenance industry will be highly regarded.
