This high profile role is responsible for the ongoing development of a group of successful Ford Dealerships to assist them in achieving peak performance within sales (parts and service) and operations.
Having direct interaction with key Dealership management, you will develop customer satisfaction strategies, communicate Company programs and work with the Dealership to deliver on targets and ultimately drive Company and Dealership profit and growth.
This full time role offers attractive benefits including a competitive salary package and tools of trade. Based in Perth and working predominately around Perth’s suburbs, occasional visits to more remote areas of Western Australia will be required.
Essential criteria include:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation & influencing capacity
• Demonstrated sales success within a similar environment (Account Manager level or above)
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
• Strong analytical ability
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Total commitment to customer service values and continuous improvement
• Sound business acumen
An understanding of Dealership operations would be highly advantageous as would experience or knowledge of automotive parts and service.
Your strong drive to achieve results and meet deadlines, coupled with your initiative and attention to detail will ensure your status as a key member of the Marketing, Sales & Service team.
