Being a product expert you will support the sales team and external customers and suppliers be responsible for preparation and implementation of both short and long-term strategic marketing plans, working closely with the sales team to ensure the successful implementation of your strategies.

You are analytical by nature and enjoy analysing sales and being proactively involved in the monthly S&OP meetings ensuring accurate forecasting and measuring the effectiveness of your marketing activities. By collaborating with the sales team and regular customer interface you gather, analyse and act on market intelligence - you are innovative and enjoy seeing your strategies overachieve company monthly sales targets and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in healthcare related discipline
• Product management experience within medical imaging / informatics
• Strong IT background & be solutions oriented
• At least 5 years solid Sales/Marketing experience from within the medical devices or related field
• Post Graduate Marketing qualification

Technically you must:

• Have strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and forecasting skills
• Experience working within the medical radiology / Informatics / imaging space
• Be creative and naturally innovative
• Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and a strategic business approach

• Maintain and high level knowledge of the technical, configuration and use of products

• Conduct market research and analysis to maintain current knowledge of competitor products and strategies

• Develop and maintain accurate product information on the company website

• Provide technical expertise in creating tender submissions
