This exciting opportunity is in the Marketing and Communications Team as an EL1 Property Development Marketing Officer. This is a new role for my client as they look to expand their communications activities in a new direction. This is why they are ideally llooking for an energetic and dynamic senior candidate with previous experience in the Property and Real Estate Development area. You will need to have the ability to manage multiple projects with a positive attitude and be an experienced leader. This Authority operates throughout all Australian states, thus there will be an opportunity for some travel. The duties of the role will include: - Deliver quality communications, media and public relations strategies and products to internal and external customers.
- Ensure high levels of team performance through effective teamwork and communication.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans.
- Establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with internal staff of all levels, key stakeholders, contractors and Department representatives.
- Represent the business externally and manage sensitive and complex matters.
To be the right candidate for this fantastic opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate the following: - Experience in a similar role, within Property or Real Estate Development marketing
- Highly developed marketing and communication skills.
- Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating high quality communication strategies for internal and external customers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and budget
- Manage and deliver projects concurrently
- Experience in planning and managing public relations and media events designed to promote organisational achievements.
- Good contract management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other related field.
