This is a great opportunity to grow with the business which is now backed by a large global outsourcing company. You will be responsible for driving the growth of a payments system backed by two of the largest banks in Australia. In a couple of years you could be leading a team of sales professionals.
Your role will include the following responsibilities: - Conduct outbound sales calls to health service professionals
- Convert opportunities into sales
- Act on leads supplied and convert sales
- Maintain details of leads and sales status on our in house CRM
- Undertake relevant administration tasks to support the sales process including accurate completion of all documentation required to complete a sale
- You will assist with coordination of the sales team including two Sales Administrators with respect to the rolling out of sales campaigns, sales activities, market intelligence etc.
- Provide backup to the Sales Administrator roles when needed
- Assist with development and training of new staff and mentor staff where required
You should have the following skills and experience: - Previous experience in an outbound telephone sales/telemarketing position
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Some exposure to basic IT product/s
- Preferably some experience working in the health industry (not essential but highly advantageous)
