As a result of recent structural re-alignment, a business critical role has become available for a highly experienced Consumer Insights professional to lead best practice consumer and shopper insights programs for the Drinks portfolio. Reporting to the Innovation and Insights Director, and leading a high performing team of six, you will be responsible for translating insights into action by developing consumer, shopper, customer and nutrition insights that will drive innovation, create brand adoration and achieve profitable commercial outcomes for the Drinks portfolio. You will partner with brand and activation teams to ensure strategic goals are realized and contribute to core business processes such as Stage Gate and S&OP. You will manage strategic partnerships with research agencies and assume responsibility for operational budgets. Degree qualified, you will have significant FMCG / food and beverage market experience gained from cross functional roles in marketing, sales, consumer insights and/or category management. You will have clearly demonstrated success in linking insights into innovation, and selling an innovation project or idea across cross functional teams to address a key business issue.
