We are looking for a Compliance Manager and this role will be based at our Glen Waverley office.
Reporting to National Manager - Business Improvement, you will manage the development & maintenance of QBE Business Partners General Insurance products compliance by reporting on performance against business & regulatory requirements, maintain breach & compliant register and implement compliance processes. You will also champion compliance culture and quality systems throughout the business unit.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of General Insurance regulatory and licence requirements and ideally have compliance and/or auditing experience within the industry.
We require an astute individual who has a proven track record of seeking continuous improvement and developing relationships. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a high level of IT literacy is essential.
