Late last year one of the top 5 largest insurer in Australia created a claims lodgment team in Perth. As a result, this expansion has opened up the opportunity for a Claims Lodgment Team Leader. Your proven experience as a team leader is needed to guide your team to become more efficient, more productive and more customer focused. Your skills in educating, supporting and mentoring your team members will influence the overall performance of the team. With your strong focus on individual and team performance, meeting targets will come easily with your ability to motivate and enthuse the team. In order to be successful in the role you require: - At least 2 years experience in a Team Leader role in the Financial Services/ Insurance Market.
- Exposure or experience in the Insurance or working within insurance lines.
- Experience in domestic home/content or motor claims.
- Call center or busy team environment desirable
- Ability to forecast, strategize and implement change.
- Confidence to make recommendations, improvements to daily team tasks
