An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced and talented Networks Specialist to join our dedicated and customer-centric Network Engineering team in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Network Operations Centre Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the ongoing support of both internal and external customer network infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will respond to job requests revolving around network change and network implementations.

Your responsibility will also extend to manage the following:

• Switch and Router support;
• Firewall management;
• Link and connectivity management;
• Load balancer support; and
• Management of Access Control List requests.

You will draw upon your strong problem-solving expertise as you participate in a variety of complex network configurations for customer implementations. Your involvement will also extend to the system design for customers and internal network infrastructure. In doing so, you will maintain a high level of customer contact ensuring a positive customer experience whilst upholding Service Level Agreements.

A well balanced team player you will contribute to the NOC team with your demonstrated experience in network management, network security, network engineering and system management.  CCNA/CCNP certified, you possess sound experience in managing Cisco Switches, Routers and security devices (VPN concentrators and Firewalls).  Other Cisco or foundry certifications and experience in managing foundry load balancers will be a distinct advantage.
