Our Sydney based client require an experienced Database Administrator with expertise in CRM and web based systems. The purpose of the role is to: - Maintain administrative effectiveness of the Database / CRM and online administration of all systems
- Provide support, service, training and guidance to all staff in respect of the CRM system
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database and CRM system
- Audit, maintain and support the processes involved in the CRM
General responsibilities will include: - Maintaining system code for various product lines and activities
- Maintaining and managing duplicate records
- Extracting data using SQL queries
- Dealing with system error reports and actioning them to maintain data integrity
- Act as a point of contact as and when issues arise
- Assist with compiling reports and searches using the data base fields
- Creating / Modifying / updating Crystal reports
The skills and experience required to be successful include: - Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in Database administration.
- MS SQL Server
- Crystal Reports
- Experience within the education & training sector or a professional service environment
- Working experience with and an understanding of CRM systems.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills is a must
