As a Recruitment Consultant you will be a valued member of the VIC Banking/Financial Services team and focus on client relationship management and recruitment activities for several key PSA accounts (plus several smaller accounts). What we are looking for:- a minimum of 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant within any Professional Recruitment Discipline
- very strong ability to develop and nurture client relationships
- exceptional ability to source candidates
- strong understanding of systems, processes and internal compliance
