Leading a team of 4, you will be responsible for managing the customer service function in both Adelaide and interstate offices, contributing to the growth of new and existing business whilst building a culture of Service Excellence. As the primary liason between sales, service, purchasing and production areas, you will have the ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels, along with well developed interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Strong technical and analytical skills are essential, in particular with MFG-Pro and Microsoft Excel. Experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
