Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projected projects, our client an award-winning national development firm seeks to appoint an experienced Development Manager to drive the development management and delivery of one of their prime residential land developments.

The proven performer we seek will be responsible for the full development management of residential land into a master-planned community estate comprising subdivision lots, house and land, and townhouse product. Key accountabilities will include feasibility analysis, planning and approvals processes, design management, budget preparation and monitoring, co-ordination and management of internal and external consultants, contract management, overseeing the sales and marketing functions and assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategies, through to detailed project reporting.

The successful candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a property or engineering discipline and have at least 5+ years development management and delivery experience on residential land development projects. Additionally you must display a high level of organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels.
