This long established company has a requirement for a Structural Design Engineer to work on upgrades to the existing plant to accommodate the manufacture of upcoming new products.
The person will be required to look at proposals and work on new structures on the manufacturing line which will include gantries, monorails and redesign of roof structures where new roof clearances are required.
The position will suit a qualified Structural Engineer with solid industrial building design as well as experience with beam sizing and design associated with industrial moving equipment.
There will also be redesign of existing structures to accommodate the new equipment.
The upgrades are for the state of the art new product that is to be built on site.
The ability to be able to operate AutoCAD will also be beneficial.
