This is an ASX listed company that commands a dominant tenement position in Australias Tennant Creek Mineral Field. They are utilising state of the art search technologies and new concepts to discover the next generation of iron-oxide gold-copper deposits. They are well funded and have recently negotiated a $28m Farm In and Joint Venture with Ivanhoe Australia and are committed to an aggressive $7-8m exploration program across their Tennant Creek tenements for the 2012/3 field season. They are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Exploration Geologist or Exploration Manager that wants to make a discovery!

You must have a discovery history and need to be a Degree qualified Geologist with eight to ten years of relevant experience. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for discovery, exploration and teamwork. Experience in structurally controlled IOCG mineralised systems, Micromine and MapInfo, will be favourably considered.

As the Senior Exploration Geologist your responsibilities will include the supervision of exploration and drilling programs, exploration strategies, interpretation of results as they relate to company objectives and management of consultants as required.

You can:

• Generate new concepts and translate this into new exploration models
• Understand structurally controlled ore deposits and their 3D architecture
• Target in 3D through understanding and interpreting geology and potential field data
• Generate, Design and plan effective work programs
• Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
