This iconic and industry leading organisation is seeking to appoint a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee the daily assembly and labour coordination of there rubber lining division in Mt Isa Queensland.

Reporting to the site Manager, you will be required to maintain the fluidity of assembly meeting critical customer delivery dates. This role will require you to be responsible for the coordination of the workshop as well as making sure that labour, material and consumable costs are kept within budgetary targets. The key attributes we are seeking are;

Strong planning, coordination and foresight skills
Financial and budgetary skills
OH&S management exposure
A proactive and tenacious approach with high personal standards and leadership skills.
Strong ERP (Vantage) and computer skills balanced with good verbal communication skills
Assembly, fabrication or manufacturing background
Trade qualifications are highly desirable
QA competent to a level of ISO9000
