Our client, needs an experienced electrical and fire engineer to work with design, documentation, tender evaluations and site inspections. Working with a team of technical experts, you will be working with Project Managers, Architects and an internal consultant team. The types of projects will include adaptive Re-use, Refurbishments, Additions and Alterations. The required skills needed for this role are: - Minimum 5-10 years local experience with a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Recognised qualifications by the Institute of Engineers Australia as qualifying for corporate membership
- Detailed knowledge & extensive industry experience in building projects, low voltage
- Knowledge of Fire Protections Systems will be an advantage
- Solid design, documentation, tender evaluations and site experience
- Strong AutoCAD documentation skills
- Strong specification writing
- Microsoft Word, Excel + MS Project
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written essential
- Good knowledge of Australian Standards
- Team player
