Our world renowned client is seeking the services of a suitable person for the role of CNC Technician for their site in South Australia.

The ideal person will be trade qualified or from an Engineering background. You must be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of CNC or PLC programming and it is strongly desired that you have an understanding of pneumatics. This role will see you have a great deal of input to the commissioning of the devices as you will be required to support the production team with fault finding and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:

• Leadership & Supervision
• Advise on feasibility for modifications
• Diagnose tooling issues
• Advise on controllers
• Interpret statistical diagnostics
• Recommend changes to safety issues

The key aspects of this role are to design and commission new production machining process for the manufacture of specific items and to assist in the development of productivity, quality and safety in line with the CNC Engineers.
