Our client is a world leading provider of Home Appliances. With their Australian headquarters in south-eastern region of Melbourne, the company offers a complete range of kitchen appliances from cooking, refrigeration, dishwashers through to laundry. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join their customer service team as a Customer Service Representative, on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in regards to product support and sales orders. Key responsibilities:

• Provide product information to customers and retailers such as features & benefits, pricing and stock availability
• Process customer orders via all communication methods
• Processing warranty and claims
• Managing all customer enquiries from start to finish
• Providing administrative assistance to support the overall customer service function
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience within a customer service and administration position
• Experience within a small-medium call centre environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Product knowledge and a genuine interest in home appliances will be an advantage
• Experience using SAP would be an advantage
• Ability to work towards and achieve KPI's
• Proven ability to work in a small, close-knit team environment
• Excellent data processing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with high volumes
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and an extremely high level of enthusiasm, initiative and self drive
