We are seeking a person with considerable experience and knowledge as a construction Mechanical/ Electrical Technician, who can advise our small team of professionals and assist our varied clients find ways to save power and reduce their carbon footprint. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self motivated and self disciplined, have good time management skills, have relevant tertiary qualifications, be experienced with assessing electrical building plans, have a practical understanding of building management systems; power tariff load shedding and associated control systems. Experience or an understanding of air conditioning would be an advantage. Be experienced and competent with report writing, indicative cost estimating, and providing recommendations. Mechanical engineering tertiary qualifications and an understanding of AS 3598:2000 would be an advantage. Be experienced in MS Word and Excel.
