A competence in roads and bridges that is the envy of their rivals has recently seen this tier1 contractor awarded one of the largest projects currently under completion across Australia; this has lead to an immediate need for Site Engineers to join the project team to complete packages in earthworks and civil structures.

Responsibilities:

• Have exposure to earthworks on a rail, mine or road project in Australia
• Superior relationship building and leadership capabilities
• Production, productivity, measurement, analysis and reviewing experience
• Ability to establish cost coding structures on civil projects
• Experience working on large projects with a focus on Bulk Earthworks
• The ability to assist in project delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Technical understanding of road and earthwork construction
• Prior experience in assisting with the implementation of project management systems
