This highly successful international design consultant currently employs over 7,500 employees, and occupies 180 offices globally. They are seeking a self motivated experienced Senior Structural Engineer, to join their team.
In this exciting role, you will be given the opportunity to manage projects, co-ordinate and distribute tasks to drafters and project/design engineers.
Duties include:
Managing projects from conceptual design to completion
Feasibility, concept and detailed design of structural and infrastructure projects
- Liaising with clients and authorities
- Apply SPACE GASS structural design software and MS Office software to the project
- Perform all assigned activities in accordance with Civil/Structural discipline policies, procedures and standard methods of operation
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers.
Ideally you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
Significant experience in large scale mining projects, preferably in Australia
Extensive local design experience that includes Steel and RC
Design office and site supervision experience
MIE Aust, CPEng Registration
Excellent communication skills
