This organisation are very well known in Western Australia as one of the market leading project delivery firms. The company have a very large presence in the mining, rail and civil infrastructure markets and are currently in the process of building a Brisbane office on the back of being awarded numerous projects in QLD.
They are currently looking to bring in a Senior Project Engineer to join their new Queensland team - You will initially be involved in a large rail project and report to the project manager and will be involved and responsible for the following:
- Liaise with design engineering team looking at the earthworks, drainage, building and structures elements of the project.
- Budget estimation
- Liaising with planners and schedulers
- Contract management support
- Cost reporting and forecasting
The company are looking for someone with around 5 years of experience in a similar role - ideally with exposure to Civil, Mining and Rail projects.
This is a different type of role and opportunity and would suit an ambitious engineer who can recognise a real career opportunity within a Australian market leading organisation.
