We are seeking to hire an Body & Closures Application Engineer to work in the Product Development department.
Some of your Key Responsibilities:
- Project management of commodities within the Body Structures & Closures group in support of local and international product development projects.
- Timely resolution of design issues & execution of initial releases and ongoing engineering changes.
- Planning & execution of cross functional meetings to manage cost, weight and releases of Body Structures & Closure commodities.
Ideally, your background will include:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical or similar)
Strong project management competencies including team and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships
Self drive to achieve outstanding results and strong influencing skills
The role is a contractual position, through Bayside Personnel, and will provide the opportunity for engagement with colleagues across the Asia-Pacific and Africa region. This is a challenging and diverse role offering the opportunity to work within an iconic Australian company.
