Our client, a large defence and airways organisation is currently looking for a Contracts and Performance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.  The role will be working on a large national aerospace project working closely with the Australian Defence Force.  This is a brilliant role for an individual who has Contracts, Program Management and Commercial experience witin Defence. 

The requirements of the role are:

• Responsible for the Development, implementation, reporting, presentation and maintenance of the performance management system
• Input information received from external and internal customers as well as the IT team into the performance management system
• Implement causal analysis process to treat non achievement of KPI scores from both a Commercial and Technical aspect
• Develop and maintain performance reporting templates
• Preparation and support of contractual correspondence – drafting, monitoring, distribution, filing, archiving and registering
• Contribute effectively to the configuration management and control of all Contracts/ Subcontracts

You will need:

• 5+ years experience working in a Contracts/ Commercial Administration or Program Management environment within a Defence or Aerospace environment
• Proven commercial acumen gained within the Defence or Aerospace environment
• Strong computer literacy in particular Microsoft Office suite products
• Ability to liaise professional at all times with the customers at all levels of the organisation and suppliers
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• Qualification in Business Administration preferred although not required
• Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent preferred although not required
• Australian Citizen (to be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance)
• Current Australian Defence Security Clearance preferred
