Design and Build are currently recruiting for a Top Tier Contractor urgently seeking a Senior Site Manager to run a complex high profile project worth $100million.

 In order to apply:

• You will have a proven track record of managing projects to the value of $40million
• Ideally in a complex environment - experience managing defence, data centers or health projects ideal
• Currently or previously have worked for a 1st tier builder
• You will be driven, organized and confident in leading a large team to achieve results, possessing superb communications skills being able to manage your client & sub contractors successfully
• Have experience working on a technically challenging projects with difficult access problems
• Be fully computer literate
