An experienced Project Manager is required to manage a largeconstruction project. All applicants must have healtcare construction experience, working for a reputablehead contractor. The successful candidate will have over ten years construction sector experience, and haveworked on multiple new build projects of at least $10m in value andwill ideally haveprogressed from a Contracts Administrator background.

Reportingin atConstruction Manager / Director levelyou will be responsible for allconstruction activities for the project including contracts, financials, cost reporting, programme,construction delivery, inspection, testing & commissioning through to project completion, disestablishment, client liaisonand financial close out.
