A leading national leader in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator to work closely with their Workshop Supervisor and Sales Team.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor you will be responsible for:
• Managing the workflow into the workshop
• Maintain and build relationships with the Sales Team
• Track all sales orders to ensure all deadlines are being met
• Regular catch ups with the workshop team
• Raising purchase orders and inventory management
• Preparation of quotes & estimates for NSW sales staff
• Generation of reports and workshop schedules as required
• Trouble shoot problems and handle customer complaints
• Provide service and technical support to staff and customers when required
The successful applicant will ideally have previous hands on experience in mechanical and/or technical background with previous experience working with sales and workshop where working to tight deadlines and under constant pressure was the norm!
You will have a strong ability to managing and diffuse difficult and/or problem situations and complaints, highly organized, strong ability to lead and delegate where necessary, highly motivated and forward thinking.
