Due to continued growth this exciting and progressive organisation is now looking to employ an Account/Business Development Manager to continue maintaining strong relationships with their existing clients and growing their South Australian market share.
Working closely with the National Sales Manager, your focus will be within the Residential and Light Commercial market. Your success in this role will be Dependent on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and continuing to develop the region. Performance and bonuses will be determined on your successful achievement of a reachable individual budget and KPI s.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Local knowledge and experience within the HVAC industry
- An engineering or trade background in HVAC
- Strong technical HVAC understanding of Split Systems, VRF, VRV and Chillers
- Proven sales and business development experience
- An outgoing, self motivated and driven personality
- Experience building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
