Our client a successful Sales and Marketing company, based in Balmain are currently looking for a Sales Coach for one of their Outbound Sales teams.
We are looking for a true passion for sales as well as the ability to develop your team members through providing coaching and constructive feedback.
This is a crucial role in the functioning of my client's Call Centre business. There is a strong focus on sales. On return you will be offered a great environment to work with and fantastic career opportunities.
Your tasks will be:
- Managing, motivating and maintaining call centre sales team
- Delivering on targets by aligning sales activities and coaching
- Reporting progress and performance accurately
- 2iC (Acting Team Leader in absence of Team Leader
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Minimum 1 year coaching experience
- Call centre background essential
- Experience in Financial services industry
- High energy, passionate and drive to succeed
- Availability to work full time hours on a rotating roster
This is an on-going assignment and Working Holiday Visa holders will be considered, however you must be able to commit for 6 months.
