This highly respected company is seeking not one but two Client Service Managers to hit the ground running! Head office based in the Gladesville area, you will be required to work both onsite as well as a substantial amount of time on road and interacting with clients and subcontractors. No day is ever the same! This is a Temporary position with a view of Permanency - What you put in is what you get out!
Your duties would include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for an allocated portfolio
- Day-to-day supervision of programmed and responsive maintenance
- Manage and monitor the performance of all sub contractors and service teams
- Full accountability for the delivery and completion of assigned maintenance tasks to achieve contractual obligations
- First point of contact for each project as the company liaison
- Required to be on-call and provide after hours support
- Adhere to all company policies including Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety
- Report daily on the progress of all maintenance tasks completed
- Complete site specific safety analysis and site safety checklists
- Ad hoc duties
In order for you to be successful for this position you must:
- Own transport essential
- Hold a current Australian Contractors or Builders license
- Have a general OH&S induction to Building and Construction Industry
- Be a qualified tradesperson
- Familiarity and understanding of SFS statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building code of Australia.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Be flexible and reliable
- Excellent time management and sense of urgency
