My client, a well respected, global pharmaceutical company based in West Ryde are currently looking for an experienced and confident customer service representative to join their team in a 12 month contract role. As a customer service representative you will be responsible for: - Handling product enquiries
- Processing orders
- Chasing deliveries, data-entry
- Keeping on top of back-orders
- Providing pricing information
- Creation of reports
This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated, friendly team and improve on your customer service experience. My client has a strong focus on health and well being and promotes work life balance. The hours for this role are 8:00am - 4:00pm with some flexibility. To be successful in your application in this role you will have: - 2 years solid experience in customer service / supply chain environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Pharmaceutical industry experience will be highly regarded
