We currently have a vacancy for a Consumer Relations Consultant to join the team. In this highly sought after role, you will be working with a team of fun, vibrant and driven individuals who's goal is to ad value to the clients they speak with on a daily basis. As the Consumer Relations Consultant you will: - Answer calls, emails and letters from consumers about a variety of subjects including suggestions, praise, advise on how to use a product, nutritional information and complaints
- Liaise with internal divisions including Sales and Marketing teams about new products, promotions and special offers
- Deliver expectional customer service
To be successful in this role, we will be looking for someone with the "right attitude" over your skill level or past experience. Although both will be important we are looking for someone who is: - Switched on and keen to learn

- Previous experience in administration or customer service
