Our client, a leading national and global organisation specialising in Forklift and Earthmoving equipment, is seeking an Service Administrator to begin work immediately.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries
- Processing all customer requests and allocating the jobs to the relevant Field Service Technician
- Ensuring the job is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Keeping in close contact with the customer at all time and informing of the work in progress
- Scheduling jobs on a daily and weekly basis
- Keeping in regular contact with the Field Service Technicians
- Preparing quotations
- Issuing invoices
- Working closely with the Service department and reporting to the Service Manager
- Any other adhoc duties
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent internal sales/customer service experience within an INDUSTRIAL environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Numerate
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skils
