Our client, located in Dandenong,is an established and recognized product line specializing in installation tools and accessories for the flooring industry and trades. They are continually introducing new and innovative products that address the challenges of today's flooring markets.

A rare vacancy has arisen customer service team. The role will consist of answering incoming calls from clients as well as processing orders, sourcing technical & product information, organizing sample requests for clients and other related activities.

You will also deal with export orders, prepare & raise credits, monitor customer backorders and organize RO's.

This role will also take on various monthly projects to analyse retail account information which will involve analysing and reporting in Excel on sales related information. An advanced level of Excel skill is therefore required.

This is a busy and varied role that will suit a team orientated customer service professional.

To be successful in gaining this role you must have experience in a similar internal phone based customer service role (not call centre). You need to have fast and accurate data entry skills and preferably been exposed to a CRM based order system.
