We are currently sourcing a Customer Service Representative that has outstanding customer service skills as you will have client interaction on a daily basis via phone, email and fax. You will also be responsible for processing customer sales orders, adhering to strict policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Be willing to complete a background check
• Be able to start work as soon as possible
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
• Have proven customer service experience
• Have the ability to learn quickly
• Have experience in a performance managed environment
• Possess the ability to multi-task

The ability to speak, read and write Korean is essential to be successful in this role.
