Our client is a family owned/operated business which has been conducting Call Centre Operations for the past 20 years.
They specialize in inbound and outbound marketing campaigns such as fundraising, business to business queries and a variety of customer service providers to their growing client base. This role will also include a variety of Administration tasks when required.

To be successful for these roles, you must have:
- Friendly, professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, i.e. Call Centre, Retail or Hospitality
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A 'Can do' attitude
- Good Data Entry skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Administration experience beneficial
