Rapidly expanding, leading Mining technology provider, employing many qualified, trained, specialist electronics technicians throughout Australia and overseas.
 
The Role:
To provide administrative, clerical and sales management support to the General Manager, Business Development and the Sales team.
 
Some of the key tasks required are to:
  • Process dealer orders and liase with the Dispatch and Commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely supply
  • Assist customers with their inquiries of stock availability expected delivery dates and tracking sent orders
  • Provide end-of-month reports and market analysis
  • Prepare reports on advertisement tracking
  • Respond to Customer enquiries as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
  • Certificate in Business Administration, Sales Administration or related field
  • Experience in Customer interaction and sales procedures
  • Experience in general office administration, database management and analysis
  • Knowledge of SAP processing and reporting (desirable)
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated practical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
